Tweede ronde UK Open Qualifiers: De Zwaan verslaat landgenoot, Cadby eruit

Jeffrey de Zwaan wist van zijn landgenoot Mario Robbe te winnen, terwijl Noppert te sterk was voor Fabian Herz. Ron Meulenkamp boekte een knappe overwinning op Brendan Dolan, Jeffrey de Graaf versloeg Rowby-John Rodriguez. Jimmy Hendriks, Jan Dekker, Yordi Meeuwisse, Geert Nentjes en Michael Plooy wonnen van respectievelijk Adam Hunt,Chris Quantock, Dawson Murschell, Steven Marfleet en Mark Lawrence.

Corey Cadby won vrijdag verrassend van Rob Cross, ditmaal verloor het Australische talent zijn eerste partij. Robbie Green was 'The King' met 6-5 de baas.

De top-32 heeft een vrijstelling voor de eerste drie rondes. Michael van Gerwen, Raymond van Barneveld, Benito van de Pas, Jelle Klaasen en Vincent van der Voort behoren tot deze groep.
